Role Description

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

This role encompasses design and execution of a variety of Strategic HR & OD interventions such as Organisation Design, Performance Management Systems, Role & Goals, Employee Surveys, Competency Assessments, HR Systems & Processes, etc for the clients of HR Footprints across various industries and geographies.

More specifically:

Projects Execution:

– Lead HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.

-Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to execute project plans effectively.

-Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

-Ensuring deliverables are executed as per the agreed timelines across various projects

Client Relationship Management:

-Understand client needs and objectives, providing expert guidance and support to address their HR challenges effectively.

-Collaborate with clients to develop and implement customized HR solutions aligned with their business goals.

– Evaluate project outcomes and effectiveness, soliciting feedback from stakeholders and identifying opportunities for improvement.

-Communicate project updates, status reports, and key milestones to clients and senior management.

Internal Processes:

-Ensure adherence to internal systems such as design & quality checks while executing the projects.

-Document project processes, lessons learned, and best practices for future reference and knowledge sharing.

-Provide support and guidance to project team members, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and expectations.

-Collaborate with external vendors, consultants, and partners as needed to support project delivery and implementation.

-Conduct research and analysis to gather data and insights necessary for project planning and decision-making.

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for HR Footprints Management Services Pvt Ltd.


-You will receive a compensation of INR 12-14 Lakhs per annum

-In addition, you can earn a lot more based on your contribution to business growth

Essential Pre-requisites:

-Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

-8-10 years of progressive experience in HR roles,

-Prior HR consulting experience preferred.

-Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.

-Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering strategic HR solutions.

-Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

-Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

-Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

-Ability to work effectively as part of a team

-Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
