Dr.Raj and Seshagiri from HR Footprints were invited by a London based international organization operating in the West Africa to support in their building and operating processes of its organizational functions. It was a fabulous visit where they got to understand the cultures, life styles, laws of the land, talent potential, organizational processes, etc. in a couple countries in the continent. They headed back home with these learnings and are pretty excited to work on this project!
