Net Performance Accountability Score (nPAS)

nPAS is a well-researched unique tool that measures the level of accountability at an organizational level. Using 5 drivers, this score will be indicative of the extent to which key positive behaviors are being demonstrated, along with the effects of possible negative behaviors that could be hampering accountability levels.

All about nPAS - From our CEO!

5 Drivers of Accountability

The level of accountability in an organization tends to be driven by each of the five factors

1. Leader

2. Culture

3. Person

4. Process

5. Consequence

Each of these drivers, if well developed has the ability to significantly increase levels of accountability. However, if left unchecked, each driver has the dysfunctional impact on employees to act in ways that could pull down the overall accountability score at the workplace.

It is important for organizations to assess and track the levels of accountability at regular intervals to help them enhance and play to their true potential, and more importantly to ensure that key drivers are not negatively impacting the organization, thereby hindering their performance.

What will you get with n-PAS report?

With nPAS report you get a standard report comprising

  • nPAS at an organisational level (on a scale of -100 to +100)
  • nPAS for each of the 5 drivers (Leader, Culture, Process, Person & Consequence)
  • nPAS at element level within each driver
  • nPAS across demographics (deeper insights with advanced reporting)

While a standard report gives nPAS across 30+ parameters, an advanced report gives 125+ parameters for deeper insights & decision making
