NHRD has organized an event on the occasion of women’s day on the theme “Unlocking Vision for Women”.  The event has been conceptualized to draw participation from the panelists as well as the audience in a creative and evocative way. The use of a Theatre Workshop to build the ability to express and voice feelings and opinions, is one of the most powerful ways in which to equip women to become an increasing segment of the workplace.

Two of our female colleagues participated in the workshop and one colleague  participated in the street play during the theatre workshop. This play was on how a workplace can be in future and what steps have already been  taken and what are being taken in the industry. 

The event focused on having a vision for women employment and growth in the corporate sector.
